Takes Over Distribution of J&K Hardware and Software in the U.S.
Marketplace

MARIETTA, GA - J&K Imaging and its parent company Janich+Klass
Computertechnik GmbH, well known as technology leaders in the
high-speed scanning and document imaging marketplace, have named the
Marietta, GA-based scanning system integrator KAB Scanning Resources
as its new systems partner for the United States.
"We are very excited to work with J&K Imaging to distribute
DpuScan and other J&K products," states Kurt A. Boehni, CEO
of KAB Scanning Resources. "With the capabilities of a full
scanning system integrator, combined with the expertise and
experience of J&K in the high-speed document imaging industry,
we will most certainly broaden the current reach of their products
in the U.S. marketplace."
KAB Scanning Resources will take over all existing software
licensees within the U.S. and will handle support for current
J&K customers, as well as take the responsibility of opening new
accounts within the territory.
J&K Imaging, Janich+Klass’ U.S.-based office, will
continue to shoulder the responsibility of seeking private label
arrangements of its scanning software and hardware.
Kurt A. Boehni will remain as CEO of the J&K Imaging
operation.
KAB Scanning Resources is a full document scanning system
integrator, using the J&K capture solution DpuScan, combined
with scanners from industry leaders such as Agfa, BancTec,
Bell+Howell, Canon, Fujitsu, Kodak, Ricoh and InoTec, and
personalized training and support services based upon its twenty
years of integrating advanced IT systems. The company places a
